Ground floor twin bedroom has en-suite with walk in shower. Ground floor lounge/diner with flat screen tv and dvd player. First floor galleried lounge area with seating for 6 and flat screen tv and dvd. Fenced garden to side and rear of property with ample outside seating/dining area. Off Street parking. High chair, travel cot and stair gate available for use, free of charge, on request.

What a place ! We stayed for 3 nights and to be honest we didn’t want to go home. This place has everything you need and is only a 7min walk to the first pub in Needham Will definitely be booking again

Glad place to stay for a few days. Location perfect for trips to Colchester zoo and the owl sanctuary which my 83 year old mum loved. Fully fitted kitchen and lovely garden. Parking off road so a bonus. If we got to the area again I would definitely stay here.

Spacious and very comfortable and everywhere was tidy and spotlessly clean. I liked having a separate kitchen which was very well equipped.Comfortable sofas downstairs and useful upstairs seating if people wanted to do different things. Bathrooms are modern and easy to use, enjoyed having a separate shower and bath upstairs.Good out door space with plenty of seating options- although we didn’t have the opportunity to try the barbecue or eat outdoors.Excellent value for money and plenty of things to do in the surrounding area.

The Hayloft was exactly as expected. It was clean and well furnished and perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. The garden was beautifully maintained with plenty of furniture which we used for meals and relaxing. We had a great stay.

Beautiful countryside home in the Ipswich area

Clean & well stocked. We had a lovely stay and would happily come back again. Great location with parking area for one right outside your door. We were 15-30 min from various family members scattered about the Ipswich area and it worked out perfect.
