Stayed here during a week-long conference at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center and it was a fantastic place! Nice yard for the dog to let loose their energy and felt like a home away from home. Places like the Tres House are why I book VRBO’s instead of stay at a hotel. The host was great at communicating the check in and out process and was available for any questions during our stay. Locationally, it was within walking distance of lots of great restaurants and sports bars. Definitely reach out if you will be staying in the Covington/Cincinnati area!
I can’t say enough good things about this place! It is very clean, very welcoming, comfy beds, and the hosts go above and beyond to make your stay amazing!
The only helpful hint we would like to share is that we finally found the pull out bed bedding on the 3rd floor and they were not the correct size.

Oh no! Thanks Kathryn …. BUT …. The correct sheets are in the second floor room, living room, where the pullout is. They are queen size sheets, located in the ottoman, right in front of the pullout sofa. There is even a sign on the Ottoman that says that the coordinating sheets are inside there. So sorry you missed that. You grabbed the twin sheets on the third floor that is right next to the twin pot. Also, when I send my welcome letter, it mentions the location as well.
Great place to stay in Covington- walkable to coffee, dinner & even to walk across the bridge to games. We have stayed here several times & it’s perfect for us and our fur baby with the fenced in yard. We met the owners this time & they were so nice! Parking is a little tight and not a good place to stay for people with mobility issues as there are 2 flights of stairs to get to bedrooms.
This property is in a great location. You can walk to restaurants and bars and even across the bridge to a ball game. We were greeted with some nice Jazz music playing, which made the place seen so charming. Very cute yard and fun decorating throughout. Definitely need to be able to walk stairs without a problem. We felt very at home. It was just the 2 of us, but this place would be great for a group.
Our family loved the unique space, we stayed for a quick overnight. The house was clean, spacious and close to restaurants. Fenced in yard and pet friendly a plus:) We would stay here again.
Perfect location for attending a concert at Andrew J. Brady music center. Close walking distance to restaurants, and a great spot for traveling with our dogs.
