The villa consists of a large living / dining room with a large open kitchen leading to the terrace. A master bedroom with its bathroom and toilet with access to the swimming pool. In addition, you will find 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with tub and shower. Laundry room and separate toilet.
Possibility to park 4 cars. Heated pool in september 150 euros /week.
Car electrical charge 10 to 15 euros/day.

The garden is home to various places for rest and relaxation as well as a pétanque court, an outdoor shower / wc, all on a plot of 1200 m².

Sanary-sur-Mer, 13 km from Toulon and 49 km from Marseille, with its authentic typical Mediterranean fishing port, its pedestrian streets lined with small shops, its good restaurants and its pretty squares cooled by fountains, is a tourist town renowned, both relaxing and lively, where you will be sure to have a good holiday whatever the season!
It offers a huge variety of colorful landscapes and natural sandy beaches (Portissol, Plage Dorée, La Gorguette, Bonnegr Grâce, Beaucours, etc.) in a sunny setting most of the year. Many activities are available to you: sailing, scuba diving, tennis, climbing, hiking, fishing, cinema, gambling casino… not to mention the inevitable sunbathing and sea bathing!
The city, whose market was voted "most beautiful market in France" in 2018, offers you the best of local products as well as fresh fish from the fishermen and fresh flowers every morning on the port. In summer you can also enjoy a night market, offering artisan products.
Many sea excursions leave from the port to discover marine animals (whales, sperm whales, dolphins…) but also the natural beauty of the islands (Porquerolles, Les Embiez, Bendor) and the Calanques de Cassis!
