Localisation au top proche du lac et de la plage municipale de Saint Jorioz et de toutes modalités (restaurants, supermarché). à 15 min d'Annecy. Propriétaire disponible et joignable. l'appartement est propre et bien équipé. Tout le monde se connait dans la Copropriété et est très amicale. Nous avons séjourné avec notre petite fille de 17 mois qui a apprécié l'espace et le balcon.

Moderne,gemütliche Wohnung

Gemütliche Wohnung für einen Urlaub am See. Die Lage passte auch gut, um das Umland und den See zu erkunden. Das Einzige was zu verbessern wäre, ist eine kleine Information Mappe mit Funktionen der elektronischen Geräte, WiFi, Tipps für Restaurants, Bäcker etc, würde den Einstieg leichter machen. Ansonsten würden wir jederzeit wieder kommen.

appartement parfait en tous points. très bien éclairé, extérieurs agréables, et intérieur très bien agencé. il ne manquait rien, et le linge fourni était p,arfait, et sans restriction. très bon rapport avec la propriétaire à l'aller comme au retour.
