Escape to our Cozy 2 BR/1BA COTTAGE in Kihei!
Located in central Kihei, nestled on the northern end of beautiful Halama Street. Family-owned and operated legal short-term rental. A cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage with a large deck for sunbathing or BBQS. Less than a two-minute walk on our property will take you to a large spacious green lawn with swaying coconut palm trees and to a seemingly private sandy beach. Swim with the turtles or choose from the many types of possible ocean activities. Ocean equipment is available at the numerous rental shops in town. Enjoy nearby parks, tennis, gymnasium, public pool, surfing lessons and much more. In the heart of Kihei near banks, stores, dining and many activities, but still very private! Once you are here, you will see why it’s called Al’s Paradise. There are two dwellings on this beach front property - an apartment building with four units, that is rented as a whole unit, and a detached 2 BR/1BA cottage. The apartment building (ocean front) and the cottage (mountain view) are rented our separately. This listing, #1990869, is for the cottage only. Both buildings have direct to the beach and lawn to relax, BBQ, and enjoy the unforgettable views and sunsets.
