This two bedroom cottage is a short stroll (approx 4 minutes) to Riversdale Beach, which is patrolled during the summer. The cottage is situated between the 9 hole golf course, which welcomes visitors, and the local store where you can get coffee and takeaways.
An additional bonus for readers is the fact that you will be dining on Denis Glover's kitchen table. There are two lovely decks front and back of the property to make the most of morning and afternoon sun. In the morning the sun streams in for a sunny breakfast on the deck.
Real privacy around the back of the section with ample room for kids to run around on the grass lawn, or to laze under the fruit trees.
Great walking, golfing, swimming, boating, fishing, diving, lazing around break away to be had.
Special conditions:
2 nights minimum rental.

NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: clean the house and leave the cottage presentable for the next guests. You need to bring your own linen. (towels/sheets/tea towels);
