About the host
Hosted by Scott Wallace
Scott, Candace Violet and Odin Welcome you to the Hideaway.
My wife and I were fortunate to move to North Hollywood when we met. We spent 5 years career building and enjoying the city and beaches. We leave a bit of our livelihood in California. We married in Santa Barbara and toured the entirety of the Pacific Coast Hwy-1
After spending my 20's in Colorado, we had enough encouragement to start our family here.
We purchased this awesome bungalow in Greeley a few years ago as our first home.
Built in 1942 we have upgraded and updated. New 200a Electric Service in 2024. New Washer Dryer 2024. Added Second Queen bed 2024. Indoor patio floors updated 2023. Flagstone Expansion and patio sails 2022.
Other residents include: Barnaby (5 yo Maine Coon), Marble (3yo Bengal) Delilah ( 1yo chicken) and MnMs (6mo Rex)

Why they chose this property
You will find Quiet and Solitude in the middle of the city. We have year round accommodation with 2 patios. One enclosed with a fireplace in the winter, and a garden patio with thick green grass.
Read, Sleep, Work, Play, or Commute. This is a wonderful spot.
Candace and I are explorers and have found so many amazing things in Colorado. Greeley has offered us plenty of space to share with you. You will be in a location to hit Estes Park, Fort Collins, Denver, Boulder. We are 50 minutes from everything!
We also like to walk and get outside. The Cranford and Glenmere Neighborhoods have so many different parks it'll make your head spin. Downtown keeps Friday nights packed in the summer. As we venture into our third year we are finding river access and more local shops that have exceeded our expectations.
