Well presented & fully furnished with modern decor, this two story apartment offers good open plan easy living, a large sunny deck taking in the lake and town views. & a secure fenced courtyard to keep the kids & the pets safe.
There are 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms (including a bath), double internal access garaging plus off street parking . Only a short distance to restaurants, bars , takeaways, cafe & liquor store. & a short stroll along the best lakeside walk In Taupo. Launch the boat in a few minutes with the boat ramp conveniently located across the road. & then wander over to the ever popular sailing centre for a swim, music sun , fun & a quiet drink. Everything is here that you need for a memorable holiday break,
be quick to book your relaxing holiday, you won't be disappointed.

Such a lovely property in a perfect location for accessing the lake. 2 Mile Sailing Club was across the road - great for coffee, dinner / bar and ice cream! The city centre a short drive away - or a 30min walk via the lakefront tracks. Would definitely stay again. :)

We had the best time. The place was so good. So close to the beach. We just nipped across the road for an evening swim every night. Host was so communicative. We loved the little added extras. Totally recommend.

I am semi retired, live nearby and just love the location & easy living the apartment offers.
Enjoy interacting with people ,outdoor activities & time with both my family & good bunch of friends.
Have 2 grownup wonderful daughters that I love being with.
Horse riding & mountain biking is my favourite & I try to do that as often as I can. Travel is also something I would like to do more of , having just returned from a wonderful trip to India.
