As soon as my sister's & I stepped in to the house we felt the welcoming & warmth that the home offered even thou it was only 1 night it was very lovely & I wish we could of stayed a little bit longer.

Lovely property, in a quiet cul de sac with a walkway to the beach/estuary almost directly opposite.Handy covered outdoor entertaining area with bbq and seating.We did not stay long enough to use the kayaks, but wish we had had more time!A short drive to local excellent restaurants and supermarket.Plenty to explore in and around Mangawhai!

We had a great stay at Bek’s Retreat at Mangawhai Heads. The beds were comfortable and the shower was really good. There was everything one needed and it was very peaceful. The host, Annette, was quick to come and help with the TV and she was friendly and easy to get on with. Hope to return in the not too distant future.
