This warm and comfortable 260m2 5 bedroom home is great for families. It has 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with a king size bed. The other 3 bedrooms are downstairs. All living is upstairs with a second lounge downstairs. Separate toilet and bathroom on each level.
Heat pump ducted heating/cooling on entire top floor plus a central heat pump for heating downstairs. Double glazed and well insulated.
This home works really well for adults and children. TVs and sound systems in each lounge along with DVD/CD/iPod players with Free-view TV
SKY TV including sport and recordable hard drive now also provided.
Unlimited high speed fibre WIFI included
Games and puzzles to use
Lots of wardrobe storage,extra duvets and bedding.
F&P washer and dryer in laundry

Just over 2kms walk to town via the lakeside track

Great holiday house in Wanaka

We loved this place- it was perfect for an extended family holiday for skiing. Excellent layout for 2 families, great location, & beautiful views. The owner was very friendly & helpful.

This house works perfectly for 2 families with 5 bedrooms of various configurations. Great location and beautiful view over lake to TC and Aspiring. Helpful and friendly owner.

It is a well sorted property.

It is a well sorted property. What was great was that the pantry had the left overs of things like tea coffee and sugar as well as spices etc. Whilst we bought our own groceries, it was great to be able to make a cuppa on arrival! The heating system was great. The kitchen well equipped. Altogether a great place to stay for our ski group.

Awesome place to stay, beautiful outlook, with a well set out house. We had three families staying and the bedroom layout was perfect for us with the kids downstairs in their own lounge. The house was well equipped and the location worked well for us. We would definitely recommend and would stay again

This is our family holiday home which we have owned for 9 years. We love its comfort, quietness and practicality plus great near lakeside location. We use the house extensively ourselves over summer but do make it available to rent over the winter when we do not use it so much.
