The location of the condo and access was great. The vertical blinds were a disappointment. No privacy from the sun or from the adjoining living room.  The beds were nice and comfortable. .

Place left a lot to be desired. Obvious there hasn’t been a lot of upkeep on the furniture as the foam was visible on one of the couches. Having a single frying pan, no cookie sheets, ann ice maker that didn’t work and two pots for a family of nine was a MAJOR inconvenience. We will look elsewhere.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the property did not meet your expectations. The concerns you mentioned regarding the couch, kitchen items, and ice maker are not typical of our standards. We wish we had been notified during your stay, as we would have done our best to address these issues promptly. We will be reviewing the furniture condition and kitchen inventory to ensure everything is properly stocked and maintained for future guests. While we strive to provide a comfortable and functional space, we also understand that every guest’s expectation can differ. We do appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, as it helps us continue to improve.

Blinds not working for privacy. Light in master bath hanging out of ceiling.

Thank you for bringing these maintenance concerns to our attention. We apologize that the blinds were not functioning properly for privacy and that the light fixture in the master bathroom was not secure. These issues certainly do not meet our standards, and we have notified our maintenance team to address them promptly. We appreciate you letting us know so we can ensure everything is corrected for future guests.
