Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please deposit all trash in the dumpster which is located near the sidewalk as you walk away from the condo and towards Lenell Rd.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
FL is HOT!! Please do not set the AC temperature any lower than 73° or 18° below the outdoor temp, otherwise you may permanently damage the AC unit.
Upon check out, please Clean out refrigerator of all open food and take all garbage to the dumpster.
Please do not use white towels, hand towel towels or face cloths to wipe off makeup. Only use the colorful towels at the pool or beach.

Nice Decor & Location but Unpleasant Experience Personally

Positives: Condo is decorated nicely and in a great location. Washer/dryer conveniently located. Negatives: No bathroom tissue or hand soap upon arrival. The outside of the condo was being painted when I arrived and all doors and windows (peephole included) were covered with opaque plastic for the first 4 days of my stay and the paint caused me to have asthma attacks. No curtains in the living room so unless the storm shutters are pulled down, there is no privacy in the kitchen/living room. Saw a massive cockroach inside of the unit. Owner was unapologetic and dismissive when I initially brought my concerns to her attention. I moved out of the unit after 4 nights and the owner refunded me half of what I paid for the month-long stay.

I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. If you look at my reviews on Airbnb, most people say it's the best Airbnb they've ever stayed in. First of all you had a really low rate of $2000 for the entire month and refunds are not usually given but I was kind enough to refund you half. Second, this is Florida. There are bugs everywhere and if you leave the door open a cockroach may wander in. They usually die quickly because the buildings are sprayed.

Why they chose this property

This condo is a relaxing retreat. It’s on the quiet end of Fort Myers Beach and I love the slow pace and sea salt in the air. The view from the condo is fantastic! It’s fun to sit on the lanai and watch all the different boats that float by towards the marina and of course the sunsets are spectacular. Even better is taking one of the sunset cruise is offered by the marina which is only a three minute walk. I love that this condo is the closest to the heated pool. It's so convenient!

What makes this property unique

The condo is located 0.4 miles from the beach which takes less than 10 minutes to walk. I also enjoy strolling around the shops and restaurants at Marina Plaza which is right down the street, a three minute walk. You can catch your dinner just steps from the lanai as the bay is teaming with fish and then cook it up on the outdoor Barbecue grills on the patio.
