About this property

Comfortable 3 bed-roomed home with harbour views. Hear kiwi at night!

The house has two bedrooms with Queen beds and a third with two single sized beds. All are insect screened. We have Aircon throughout for heating or cooling.

Sorry, but we have no space for a boat on or in front of our property.

No pet strict policy.

Check in any time after 3 pm with a lockbox. We live in the lower level and leave you alone for your own privacy. We try to meet you on arrival.

If EV charging, please contact us first.

We are 10mins drive from the Opua vehicle ferry.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, gas hob, microwave , full family size fridge freezer. There are enough dishes to fill up the dishwasher.

Main lounge has a smart TV .

We do advise you to keep very small children off the wooden part of our deck . A barrier can be put up on your request to keep toddlers safe.

Extras: Linen (included) No cleaning fee charged. Please respect our home.

We had a great stay with Marion and Colin. They are terrific hosts and went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed, including red lights to look for kiwis (sadly, we didn't see any but we did hear them!). The view is fantastic and it is a short walk into the cute town of Russell.

Views but close to town

You get stunning views of the bay and the boats across to Pahia but the house is also just a seven minute walk (up a hill admittedly) from town. Had a wonderful time.
