This luxury apartment is adjacent to the main house yet seperate with own entrance. Step through the door into a sanctuary which is private, fully furnished and set up for your comfort and relaxation. The bedroom is upstairs with living, kitchen and bathroom downstairs. Small outdoor patio area to enjoy the evening sunset. Tea and coffee are provided.

Situated on Bluff Hill this apartment is 10 -20 minutes (it is uphill on the way home🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️) walk from the Art Deco city of Napier and Ahuriri Napier Information Center 🏛, Walkways and playgrounds 🤸‍♂️, Beaches 🏊‍♂️ , bike hire (cycle ways) 🚴‍♂️, restaurants🍽, cafes☕, farmers market🍏🍓 and so much more. Hawkes Bays wonderful wineries🥂 and outdoor activities ⛳🎾are all nearby .

Convenience store 5 mins walk down the hill for local papers 📰, treats🍭 and ice-creams🍦!

This apartment is attached to a family home which we ask guests to respect privacy.
Garden and outdoor facilities (Spa and Pool) only by negotiation at time of booking as these may not be available if the owners are in residence.
Off street parking is reserved for the owners, however the street is flat with plenty of on street parking.

Lovely place to stay

Thanks for your hospitality - this was a well equipped and very comfortable place that had everything we needed as well as two friendly dogs. Pretty glad we had a car with us though, as it's up a fairly steep hill!

The bowl of fruit and freshly made smoothie in the fridge were a nice welcoming additional touch. The place was in a quite spot with a lovely garden. Did not see the hosts at all even though their home is attached to the accommodation. The pets were well behaved, friendly and quiet. I found the couch to be a bit firm for my liking, but it was still a comfy space and we slept well in yhe upstairs bed room.

Very comfortable mini-house

Very comfortably furnished, quiet and well appointed with everything you need. The walk to town is a bit far and steep, but with a car it's fine. The two doggies were great as well, really made us feel very much at home :-)

A great base for our visit to Napier and family wedding.

We really liked the flexablity of the sleeping arrangements. The kitchen facilities were great and generous, the decore was lovely in an eclectic way. We enjoyed visits from the cat and the dog who were very polite. Seamless check in and check out. All around just what we needed.

I booked this B & B for friends from Australia. Victoria was very welcoming and everything within the unit comfortable for my two girl friends. Stairs within wide and negotiable Easy access to unit - road up bit of an adventure. Peaceful and quiet.

We totally enjoyed our stay, lovely owners who give you great support. Everything very clean and tidy. Excellent hot water pressure, so enjoyed our lovely hot showers. Weather while in Napier was everything from wet and cold to showery and still cold but the unit was cosy warm.

Great place to explore Napier. Lookout point around the corner. Plenty of space and a fully decked out kitchen area. Highlight was Pumba the dog. Would definitely stay again.

We felt it was not suitable for elderly people as no handrail up the stairs.

Owners very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay but both of us tripped on more than one occasion up the small step between kitchen and bathroom.
