The house was not cleaned well and the fixtures and fittings were not of a high standard.

Hi Rick thank you for your feedback, the House was cleaned fine I always hire those professional hotel cleaner to clean the house, and there are definitely lake view u can see in ur house, and all the photo post for the house its what you can see in the house, it just we probably have different standard,,and the truth is only 5 mins walk form the house to the lake so I don't really know what you mean its fine you tell me what you don't like about the house , so I can try to improve! thank you
