There are four bedrooms offering various bedding configurations and one bathroom:
• Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed (upstairs)
• Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed (upstairs)
• Bedroom 3: 1 Bunk Set with Double Below & Single on Top (upstairs)
• Bedroom 4: 1 Queen Bed & Single Day Bed (downstairs)
Upstairs you'll find a light-filled open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a separate toilet, laundry, and three bedrooms. Step out onto the sunny deck to enjoy views of the lake and fire up the BBQ for relaxed summer evenings.
On cooler days, head downstairs to the second lounge and projector movie room – perfect for cosy movie nights or extra space for the kids.
This home is located on one of Taupo’s award-winning streets, tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood while still being just moments from the town centre, lakefront, and all the local attractions.

This is a family-friendly property in a quiet residential area – not suitable for large groups of adults.
Additional guest surcharge applies for more than 6 people.
When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.
We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.
You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.
The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It's your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.
All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.
