This unit is adorable. The beds and pillows were comfy. We had everything we needed. It's location is convenient for a day trip to Estes Park and other area hiking trails. Shopping is close as well as dining options. We had a great time.
We played corn hole in the backyard, read on the back patio, and made lovely breakfasts in the well-appointed kitchen. The downsides were the traffic noise (the bedrooms are right on a busy road) although it abated by midnight and the price was a bit steep - almost 700 for 2 nights. Otherwise, very nice.

Outstanding home
I travel a lot and this is one of the best rentals I've ever stayed in. The owner was so proactive and communicative. The home is absolutely stunning, with so many small details really well thought-out. I grew up in the neighborhood; this is a tough place to be without a car, but if you drive it's sooooo easy to get to Boulder, Estes, Fort Collins, etc. all from this one spot and if you like to walk or bike, there are lots of parks and paths through open spaces around. The bedroom windows face a highway so depending on the time of night it was a little loud, but not anything major. This home seems like a perfect place for a girls' trip, small family reunion, etc., especially with the huge (well-equipped!!) kitchen and so much space in the backyard.
Great location. Beautiful property. Well maintained and it looks just like the pictures. The backyard is quite nice, too. A patio roof means you can sit outside or you can sit next to the grill at the table. We saw bunnies in the yard. A nice place to chill out if that’s your jam.We didn’t check the fridge and cabinets before grocery shopping for our stay of a few days. There are some pantry goods, like salt, pepper, sugar, ketchup, bbq sauce, etc. Good coffee options if you’re a one cup coffee person or a drip coffee person. The various appliance options for a vacation stay were nice as well. These included an air fryer, waffle iron, blender and more. Someone stocked paper plates and disposable utensils, too.We didn’t use the garage yet it was an option. I was worried we might forget to leave the garage door opener. The towels are nice. Definitely a hotel feel. In fact, the shower curtain is like one I’ve seen in hotels. The location is handy. Easy to get to the road that goes up the Big Thompson Canyon to Estes Park. Easy to get to Fort Collins or Longmont or other places on the Front Range. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Foreign beds are always a crap shoot on a trip. We slept well. I may be replacing our pillows with ones like the place had. We didn’t use the pull-out sofa bed. There are games in the coat closet and in the shed outside. The place is beautifully decorated and well maintained. I would gladly stay here again.
