From the owner: "Hi Kelly, appreciate your excellent review. Happy to know you enjoyed your stay at our King Street property in St. Augustine. Looking forward to hosting you again soon."
Visited St. Augustine in conjunction with a Wine and Food Festival. Location was great, only one block away from Ice Plant, San Sebastian Winery, Distillery. Less than a 10 minute walk to the historic district. Liked the porches and being able to sit outside. Place was clean and had all we needed. Parking was very easy. Would stay here again.

everything was amazing few small changes!
loved the location, walked to everything we wanted to and drove to the beach side but took maybe 10 mins with the traffic. place was nice and clean and liked the double keypad entry for two young adults that was comforting. only thing we had an issue was the water pressure from the shower and the toilet.

Beautiful apartment
The apartment was beautiful and spacious. The fold out couch was perfect for the kids, and firm. My small complaints; the bed was not so firm, which if you have a bad back, can aggravate the issue. Circle back to the couch... there were 2 extra pillows, but they were a bit in the thin side, and only one pillow case and a fitted sheet. The body wash in the shower was quite runny, watery. Lastly, with the rocky and sandy parking area, it might be a good idea to have a broom in the room. It rained and the dirt got stuck in our shoes and tracked inside even after wiping our feet.Other than those small issues, the stay was nice. Easy entry with the key codes, and close walking distance to shops and such.

St Augustine stay
Overall my stay at the apartment was OK, the majority of the issues lied with the apartment and whoever runs the stay. There was no soap in the bathroom, I found myself taking dish soap to and from the kitchen to the bathroom to wash my hands. The advertised laundry room was nowhere to be found, traveling with a newborn prompts abrupt cleaning. I reached out to the primary contact via phone, email, and text no response was ever received. The apartment was minimally equipped with sheets, which I had to locate myself. The apartment/buildings construction must be entirely wood because anytime a truck passed by the entire house would rumble, as if an earthquake was occuring, which is might not be in control of evolve, but scary and should be known to the people who stay. The one thing the apartment had going for itself was location, which really is nice if you enjoy walking and exploring.

From the owner: Hi Armend, we are very sorry that we did not meet your expectations and that you had a bad experience. We strive for each guest to feel they are in a home away from home.
- Our cleaner is usually very reliable and responsive. They must have had an emergency, and we are sorry for that. We also leave our contact information and wish you had reached out to us with any issues. We are available to answer questions and rectify any problems.
- We are sorry that you had trouble finding the extra sheets; they are kept in the closet.
- We appreciate your remark about locating the laundry. It is on the left side of the building. We will immediately add a sign to identify it so that anyone will be able to find it.
- Regarding your comment about the rumbling of the house. It was built in 1925 with bricks from the ground to the top, not wood. It is a very solid structure, having weathered numerous hurricanes during the past hundred years, so there is nothing to worry about. However, if huge trucks drive on King Street, at times you can feel some minor vibrations, nothing compared to an earthquake. St. Augustine is an ancient city, and its streets were not built for today's heavy trucks.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

A Jewel in Downtown St. Augustine
We did not expect such a luxurious, very clean, and convenient apartment in downtown of historic St. Augustine. The apartment is equipped with everting we needed, the kitchen has modern stainless-steel appliances, range, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, you name it. Utensils, plates, glasses, etc., for 4 people, all was there. We could live there for weeks without going to any restaurant. However, there are so many good restaurants nearby in walking distance, the Fish Camp, the Ice Plant, Michaels Tasting Room, Columbia, Casa Reina, and many more. We had difficulties to decide which one to go. Unfortunately, we could not explore all of them, recommended by locals. All the historic sites of St. Augustine are in walking distance which makes this location an ideal base for people like us who like to explore the ancient City of St. Augustine per foot, not having to worry about parking at all, also, the Trolley stops next door. This building has 4 almost identical apartments, and we met Brides Mates, and they told us St. Augustine is a popular wedding spot, and they can conveniently walk to the wedding venue from the apartment. We definitely plan to come back to explore more about St. Augustine.
It was a great location, able to walk to restaurants and nearby attractions. Host was excellent and responded right away. Would definitely stay there again.
