Blinds were hard to pull down because cords were all knotted. Outer lip of shower was filthy and inside the shower needed a good clean. When booking it was advertised that they had coffee and teabags but there was nothing. Council rubbish bins were overflowing in the garage. The amount they had listed as cleaning fees on the invoice was obviously not used to clean after the last client.
