Nestled in a quiet family-friendly neighbourhood, the heart of the home is sun drenched with an open concept living and kitchen area that boasts panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and lake Wānaka.

No matter the season, the combination of central heating and a cosy gas fireplace ensures you`ll always be warm and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure.

For those hitting the slopes or engaging in outdoor sports, the dedicated drying room with external access is perfect for your skis, snowboard, or biking gear.

All bedrooms have quality mattresses and bedding.

This property allows guests access to the nearby Peninsula Bay Club facility, with a main pool, toddler pool, 2 spa pools, gym and BBQs. A great place to soak your weary bones after a day skiing, biking or hiking! The facility is located a 3-minute drive away.

PLEASE NOTE: Until May 2026 (excl. Christmas + 2 weeks after), there is weekday construction next door (8 am–5 pm) that may cause some noise. Our home remains a comfortable, welcoming base for your stay.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property.
