Enjoy oceanside living with a community pool, spacious sun deck and gazebo, tennis/pickleball courts with a basketball hoop, and easy beach access just 500 feet away via a wooden boardwalk.

Inside, coastal décor sets a relaxed vacation tone. The comfortable living area features a large flat-screen TV and queen sleeper sofa for extra flexibility. The open layout includes dining for six and a kitchen with new appliances, making family meals easy. Step onto the furnished covered porch for a shady break from the sun. You'll also appreciate covered parking and a community park-style grill for casual cookouts.

Conveniently located near Harris Teeter, Food Lion, local restaurants, shops, mini-golf, watersports, Corolla Adventure Park (climbing & axe throwing), wild horse tours, and Historic Corolla Park — home to the Currituck Beach Lighthouse and Whalehead Club.

There are 3 bedrooms: Master Bedroom w/King w/Flat Screen TV & Bath w/Stand-up Shower, Bedroom w/Queen w/Flat Screen TV, Bedroom w/2 Twins w/Flat Screen TV, Full Hall Bath w/Tub/Shower Combo & Washer Dryer. All TV's have Spectrum cable through the app.

Location was great. Community was great. Short walk to beach. Property Management very responsive. Home in need of thorough cleaning and maintenance. Could be a very nice place. * Linens were included but we ended up going out and purchasing some. (Use your imagination). Needed to wash the new linens to use them but unfortunately the washer took hours to clean the sand out and the dryer lint was so bad (even after we vacuumed the filter/screen area) maintenance had to come to take apart since the entire vent was packed (fire hazzard)...the list goes on but basically its deferred maintenance and a very poor cleaning service. We like a clean place. Doesn’t have to be perfect but dont want to see dried egg on the table, ketchup on the chairs, crumbs on the floor etc. Feels like you haven’t cleaned it and puts a bad vibe on your entire vacation.

We did have maintenance clean the dryer vent during your stay, but we understand how inconvenient the situation was and truly apologize. Regarding the linens — they are provided by a third-party vendor, and when we delivered the missing sets during your visit, had we known the quality was an issue, we would have been happy to bring out replacements right away. We appreciate your kind words about the location and our team’s communication, and we hope to have the chance to provide a much better experience in the future.
