Completely fenced and screened in pool area, 100% pet friendly and children will love it. Avery's Beach Bungalow is a beachside house, fully remodeled and updated by one of the finest interior designers.

All of the living space is conveniently located on one floor, with a gorgeous outside pool. Three new plasma TVs and DVD players, WiFi internet and cable, if you need to check e-mail or do a little work. A few minute stroll to the semi-private beach access, conveniently located at the end of the block. Perfect for afternoon beach activities or sunset walks along the beautiful shores. House comes with a king and queen beds, also a convertible chair, and an aero bed (perfect for kids).

You will absolutely love this house, beach, and neighborhood- minutes to downtown and seconds to the Atlantic Ocean. You will feel at home as soon as you walk in the door!

Pool was really nice, but the location to the beach could not be beat with this one. It’s just a short stroll down the road and the host has a wagon and chairs in the garage ready for your beach afternoon.

This place is exactly as advertised. We had the best two week stay ever! We swam in the beach and pool everyday. Being able to bring our dog was also a MAJOR plus for us. The beach is a short walk down to the end of the block and the city is full of fun things to do. Glenn goes above and beyond as a host. Will Definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful week at this beach house! The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, even for our dogs. The pool was a huge highlight and perfect for relaxing after spending time at the beach. The location was excellent and just a short drive to historic downtown. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, just don’t book the week we want to be there! :)

This place was great for my wife and I, along with our two small dogs. It was only about a 3-4 minute walk to the beach boardwalk, and another few minutes from there to the beach itself. This made it very easy to move our stuff to and from the beach, with no worries about parking. Please note that the boardwalk does have steps to get over a couple of dunes, so if you have a beach wagon you'll have to carry it across. But it really wasn't a big deal. The pool is small, but was perfect for a daily refreshing dip. Having access to a garage to park in, complete with garage door opener was really nice. Glenn was a fantastic host who was very responsive to my questions prior to arrival, and everything was exactly as he said it would be, so we didn't have to bother him during our stay. This place is highly recommended for anyone who wants to be close to the beach, especially if you have pets.

Great property! Very close to the beach (5min walk) and only 15min to downtown areas. Great having a garage and pool. We left some new pots and seasoning behind for the next renterers, will definitely return to St. Augustine soon!

We had an amazing stay at this beach rental! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The pool was a huge highlight—clean, refreshing, and perfect for both morning swims and evening relaxation.The location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The home was comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with amenities that made us feel right at home.The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless from booking to checkout. We couldn't have asked for a better beach getaway and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation with the perfect combination of beach access and a wonderful pool! Location was perfect. Just a short drive to everything. And a amazing dog park at flagler beach. Also if you have a hard time walking in soft sand, the vehicle drive for the beach, is in walking distance. Making it easy to walk straight to the beach. Would be nice, if the trees were trimmed, so the pool got more sun. Also a pool rail for the stairs. They are a little steep. We did use one air mattress ,it was loosing air. But we loved our stay here. This home was perfect for us
