Cosy house with garden for 2-4 persons

Very cozy self-catering house for 2 - 4 persons with garden. An ideal place of rest. Magnificent large private garden in a sunny location. 2 bedrooms in the basement with window. Downstairs there is an open plan fully fitted kitchen with open living room, dining table and sofa and a conservatory with a sofa. Both the conservatory and the living room has a TV. Furthermore, the shower and a separate toilet on the ground floor each with quick heater with thermostat. A wood burning stove in the EC ensures comfort. In the house a storage heater is available which was built in 2013 around the clock is running up and down with room thermostat. Washer and dryer complete this comfortable accommodation.
In the summer garden furniture and barbecue.
The base station of Hochalmbahn is about 2.5 km away. Bus stop about 50 meters.
Linen provided.


This beautiful house has been occupied by the owner himself and lovingly restored. The location is ideal for those seeking tranquility. Walks can be started from the house.
