We were able to catch crabs and fish. The weather cooperated very nicely. The location was convenient and close to attractions such as Schlitterbahn. The house supplies were very accommodating.

This was a great place for an impromptu weekend getaway with just the husband and myself. We didn't catch any fish by the canals but we thoroughly enjoyed staying here! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet getaway with the beach a short drive away!

The house was perfect for our getaway. The host was very responsive. Everything was as described. The location was very quiet. We enjoyed time in the canal kayaking, floating in floats we brought and fishing. The host provides the kayaks and there are some floats in the garage. The host provides life jackets which we did use. There is a mini fridge in the garage which is great for holding drinks while hanging out downstairs. The house is laid out well and there was room for everyone to spread out. We would stay here again. The host also provided plenty of toilet paper and kitchen amenities including coffee. There are plenty of seats on the deck upstairs and the deck down below, other amenities include bicycles with helmets, corn hole, games inside the house.

Awesome property!

This property is awesome! Very clean and updated. Beautiful views off the deck. Lots of extras, fishing poles, kayaks, games and much more. The 3 bedrooms worked out great for us, one room has bunk beds and a queen so that's where my grandkids and their parents slept since they are 2 and 3 and wanted to be close to mom and dad. The park and pool are only a 5 min walk Love that there are tvs in every room, that's a rare find. We would definitely stay there again!

Fun Stay in Jamaica Beach

La Casa Rosa has plenty of space and everything you need to spend a weekend with family or friends. Fishing off the patio dock and sunset dinners on the balcony are highlights of the experience!

Enjoyed our stay!

The house is nice and the location is great! Plenty of room for all us to be comfortable. Nicely furnished, beds were comfortable, kitchen was is also nicely stocked. Everyone enjoyed the stay.

Great house in Jamaica Beach

Great place for a family beach getaway! Cute and well equipped home overlooking one of the canals in the area and minuted away from the beach. We loved our stay at Casa Rosa.

The actual location lived up to the description provided on the Vrbo listing. Very comfortable home. We were interested in fishing and caught Speckled trout, Sand trout, Red drum and Croaker. Had a great time.

The house was just what we needed for a getaway. We weren’t lucky in catching any fish, but it was nice scenery to relax and visit with family. The bedroom has a door that we didn’t use, but there’s a small space that lets in heat. This may be why this room was the hottest. The ceiling fan helped to stay cool. One room doesn’t have a fan upstairs, the other does. Both rooms upstairs stayed nice and cool. The point of contact did have some delays about our questions. She said she doesn’t always get good service. We are glad we didn’t have to reach out often. Overall, great home! We look forward to another visit. Thank you for sharing your home.

Great stay!

Great stay. Had plenty to do which is hard with 2 teenage kids. Kayaked, caught crabs and fished off dock. Had a great time, will book again when in Jamaica Beach area.

Great stay!
