This was a beautiful property and so close to everything in town. It was very spacious with plenty of rooms for sleep and hanging out. We absolutely loved our fall girls weekend here and will absolutely be back.

Close to beach and town. House plan is laid out nicely. Family room a little small for big families but kitchen is large, has a great playroom in the basement, with good room options for families with kids. Nice laundry room. Large front porch which is great during summer. Easy parking. Had a great time.

Location was great! A 10 minute walk to restaurants/shopping and a 15 minute walk to beach. We had a family of 9 sharing the home with plenty of room to spare. We enjoyed family time on the porch after returning from beach and in the basement game room area in the evenings. We would certainly book this rental again.

The property was adorable, and perfect for a large group. It was within walking distance of everything, super clean, and the space was extremely well thought out. The host was kind and proactive. Make sure to bring your own paper towels, but otherwise everything was provided.

Very clean house with an amazing location. Quick walk to town and the beach. The front porch was an awesome hangout spot for kids and adults. The Amtrak does go by a few times a day, but it’s not that loud and the kids found it entertaining (train tracks are not accessible, so no safety concern). The basement is a great spot to hang out at night without having to worry about waking up the sleeping kids on the second floor. The community pool was very clean and nice. We had an amazing stay, and only wished we made it longer. Only minor complaints would be the lack of large pans and baking sheets with so many people, no towel bars in the bathroom to hang towels, and no window blinds in the main first-floor area.
