Peaceful and relaxing neighborhood, with a fantastic deck with Weber grill and backyard.
Newly renovated, three bedroom, three bath home centrally located to all local conveniences. Located just 2 miles to the Mayo Clinic and St. Marys.
This home is nestled in a cozy established neighborhood with a fenced in backyard for maximum privacy. 1/2 mile to grocery store, 2-4 miles to all shopping and restaurants. Close to bus lines, bike trails and parks.
~I work from home part-time and am readily available to make your stay as great as possible. Please feel free to text me anytime. I can also help you plan any day excursions you would be interested in. We have many wineries, breweries, coffee houses and small quaint towns within an hour of Rochester.
~We have taken additional steps to clean and sanitize during this uncertain time. We use a CDC approved cleaning solution on all hard surfaces.

Nikki was very communicative through the whole rental process. She was helpful in having an early check-in, as we had a little one with the family.The space works very well and the swinging chair on the deck is great to have.Laundry facilities much appreciated.

We were in town for medical reasons and had an 8 night stay. It was the perfect place to be as its in a very quiet neighborhood. It was easy enough to get to and from Mayo and St. Marys. Our only struggle was the stairs, which we knew about, but once on main floor everything was easily accessible. Great back deck area! Great stay for our family of 6.

Very clean and well supplied. Great dining table for games we played. Nice to have a garage in the subzero weather we had. Would certainly book there again. Summer would be perfect as the deck area is very inviting.

The property was perfect for our family of four, and the two living rooms spaces worked out well for us. The kitchen was well stocked with all that we needed for cooking and eating in. Everyone commented on the comfortable beds as well. Enjoyed out stay!

Very comfortable beds and pillows! Lots of space for our family and close to all amenities. The coffee bar was fully stocked and so appreciated. We felt very comfortable and right at home during a difficult week navigating complex medical evaluations at Mayo Clinic. Communication was excellent. Nikki was wonderful. Would highly recommend!

For us, it’s the perfect place to stay while attending medical visits at Mayo Clinic. Nice to come ‘home’, after a busy day, to a place that feels like home and has everything that we need.

The bathrooms were not very good, water would not turn on in the tub or shower in the hallway bath. The master bathroom shower is so small and had black mold. The basement bathroom also had black mold. We had to buy Clorox cleaner to use in the bathrooms. The rest of the house was clean,very good beds. We were unaware of the stairs so that was hard to navigate for us older people.

Clean, updated home close to Mayo Clinic.

We spent four nights here while my husband received care at Mayo Clinic. The hosts were wonderful to work with - very prompt and accommodating. The well-stocked coffee and tea station deserves six stars! We would definately stay here again!

Very peaceful and quiet area. This home has a nice deck off the back. We enjoyed our stay and Nikki's instructions for check in were accurate which made our late night arrival smooth.

We truly enjoyed our stay here! Owner was wonderful and reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. We were in Rochester all week for appointments at Mayo Clinic and it was so nice to come “home” to a comfy cozy place. Loved the coffee bar and having the garage was so convenient. I also thought the neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe. I enjoyed the paved walking trails near by. I am hoping we don’t need to return to the clinic but if we do I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend it

We purchased a new home about 6 months ago and renovated our old home to create a wonderful and relaxing space for Rochester visitors.
