Séjour La Rochelle

Nous avons séjournés dans ce bel appartement durant une semaine. Moderne, bien équipé, et relativement bien situé à 2 pas de la plage. Une vue imprenable au réveil.. Quelques inconvénients à relever : - Nous étions en utilitaire (Hauteur 1m95), cela ne passe pas pour le parking au sous-sol. La hauteur n’est pas indiquée avant d’y entrer. - La pièce principale n’est pas équipée de stores ou de volets, la chaleur monte très rapidement et ne redescend pas. Nous avons eu 30 degrés tout le long de la semaine et il n’y avait pas de ventilateurs à disposition malheureusement. Nous recommandons tout de même cet appartement !

Modern und sauber, aber Mängel im Detail

Negativ: Die Jalousie im Wohnbereich (Südseite) war wegen Defekts ausgebaut. Bei hohen Temperaturen (teils >30 Grad) konnte die Hitze nicht aus dem Bereich herausgehalten werden. Man hat uns darüber leider nicht vorab informiert, weder vom Eigentümer, noch von der Agentur vor Ort. Eine Reparatur während des Aufenthalts war offensichtlich nicht möglich. Bei den Barhockern im Küchenbereich löste sich die Verkleidung der Unterseite der Sitzfläche in kleinen Stücken, so dass der Boden verschmutzt wurde. Die Klappstühle (Metallgestell) des Aussenbereichs ließen sich nicht verwenden, da die Mechanik verrostet war. Positiv: Endreinigung, Bettwäsche und Dusch- und Handtücher waren inkludiert. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, der Kühlschrank bereits in Betrieb.
