We had a great stay. Home was as described and Dennis was a prompt and helpful host. There is major road construction happening during the week but did not affect us on the weekend. If you want a quiet morning during the week definitely ask if the construction is still going on.

Awesome Place to Stay

Our group of 8 in town for our annual Caliroots weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Aside from the little detour due to street construction (not the owners fault there) everything from the location and amenities were A. Thanks Dennis! Hopefully we’ll be back next year!

Very responsive and accommodating host. However, I do not think it was appropriate for this house to be rentable given the level of construction that was going on during our stay. There is a major project that has construction starting at 6:30 AM daily and it was challenging to get in and out of the house.

Well appointed home -- highly recommend

This was such an easy weekend stay with 5 adults and 2 toddlers. Every amenity is met and labeled to make it easy to find -- extra pillows, blankets, towels, an easy-to-use thermostat, a high chair, and toddler dishware for my kids were not expected and so thoughtful. Backyard putting green is great fun, comfortable furniture everywhere, and the outdoor fire pit is a hit. Would absolutely go back.
