We strongly recommend purchasing the optional trip insurance offered during the booking process. Life is unpredictable, and unexpected events such as illness, family emergencies, severe weather, or travel disruptions can sometimes affect your travel plans.

Our cancellation policy applies to all reservations, and once a reservation is outside the applicable cancellation window, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations. Trip insurance may provide reimbursement for eligible, covered reasons when you are unable to travel.

For your peace of mind, we encourage every guest to carefully review the available trip insurance options before completing their reservation.

Cancellation and Refund Policy Notice

If your reservation is canceled and a refund is approved in accordance with our cancellation policy or at our discretion, the refund will be limited to the amount we actually receive from the booking. Credit card processing fees and other non-refundable payment processing charges assessed by the payment processor or booking platform are not recoverable and therefore will not be included in any refund.

By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree that any non-refundable payment processing fees incurred at the time of booking will remain your responsibility in the event of a cancellation, regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

BEACH SERVICE DISCLAIMER: Beach chair service is provided from March 1 through October 31 and is included with stays of 2 nights or more. Please note that beach chairs are not set up on check-in or check-out days, so beach service is not available for one-night stays.

From November 1 through February 28, a limited number of beach chairs are set up and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Beach chair availability is not guaranteed during this time.

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT RENT TO STUDENT GROUPS, AGE OF PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE 23 OR OLDER AND RESIDING IN PROPERTY DURING STAY.

1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Evidence of smoking in the unit after guest departure will be subject to an additional cleaning fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.

2. People other than those noted in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.

3. All our properties are privately owned; property management and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Property management and the homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and recreational gear provided with the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.

5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.

6. Bed linens and bath towels are included in the home. Please do not use rental houses linens at the beach or pool. One beach towel per person provided.

7. Please know we do not rent to student groups. The guest whose name is on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.


DEPARTURE CHECKLIST:
• Empty refrigerator of all perishables. Remove all garbage from the home and take it to the exterior trash chute.
• Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and begin the wash cycle (use dishwasher detergent).
• Keep bed turned down; place any used towels in the bathroom.
• Turn off all lights and ceiling fans, turn thermostat to 65 degrees in colder seasons and 74 degrees in warmer seasons.
• Close & lock all windows and exterior doors.
• Check out on time, no later than 10am CT firm. If you’re leaving prior to 10am CT please text 30A Sea Story at the number listed on your arrival details so the cleaning crew can enter the home.
