Beautiful South Rehoboth Coastal Cottage located just 5 blocks to the beach and boardwalk and 1 block to Rehoboth Avenue. You will enjoy the relaxing open front and back screened porches, spacious living area, modern eat-in kitchen, outside shower, driveway to park 2 cars and 2 Rehoboth Beach Parking Permits to use during your stay. Great place to spend you beach vacation! 2022-Freshly painted interior and exterior, New LVP flooring in Living room and Kitchen, New ceramic tile herringbone flooring in Upper and Lower level baths. No smoking allowed anywhere on the property please. 8-person limit of occupancy.
