We absolutely LOVED this property. The view was amazing. We loved the balcony furniture. Easy access from the garage and crosswalk. We walked to Pier Park multiple times- so close! The beds were very comfortable and had plenty of extra bedding if we needed it. They seemed to think of everything-we weren’t lacking anything. Communication with the host was great! We will definitely book here again.

Loved this PCB condo! It’s comfortable, clean and updated. The view of the gulf and pier is amazing. We enjoyed every minute. The beach and included chaise lounges and umbrella were convenient. We bought 2 parking passes and the garage was easy and a quick walk to Pier Park. My only issue was that the check in instructions were sent via text not through the vrbo app. I missed them because I get so many spam texts.

The condo was clean and well furnished. Perfect location for using the stairs or elevator in the lobby. We loved the room/bed setup with two kings and a queen plus a sofa bed. The text message communication was fantastic and convenient. It was easy to copy and forward the door and WiFi codes to the others in our party. As always, we enjoyed Calypso Tiki Hut drinks and beach chair service. We had a great vacation

Our stay at 408E was outstanding. The rental company provided excellent communication prior to and after arrival. The condo was nicely decorated with a lovely beach themed decor and well stocked with necessities. The condo is also centrally located to the pool and gym as well as short walk to Pier Park. The condo exceeded our expectations.We had a few minor issues occur during our stay. The property manager promptly responded to my message and the issues were all handled by maintenance the same day. I am already looking forward to returning for my next visit.

Perfect Stay

We took a quick weekend girls trip and chose this unit for our stay. The amenities were perfect and the building was located within walking distance of plenty to do and eat. 2 King size beds was a big plus! We'll definitely stay again!
