The best views in all of Albuquerque. Backyard and hot tub was a beautiful plus . We were close to Park and everything we wanted to explore .

We loved our second trip to this property! The enclosed pool is fantastic, and the property is incredibly comfortable. The management company and owner are very responsive to questions/requests. We had a wonderful trip, and will be back!

Our stay was amazing!Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely backyard to sit and relax.The pool was a wonderful way to unwind from traveling and exploring.Clean and comfortable, with easy, timely communication from the host.I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to Tramway and Paseo, which made getting around Albuquerque a breeze. We also really appreciated that the home was pet-friendly, so our Frenchie was able to stay with us.The swim spa and hot tub were such a great added bonus and made the stay feel extra special. The home itself was comfortable, accommodating, and had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We came from California for my mother in law’s celebration of life. The positives: The home was very accommodating for our large family. Beautiful home with amazing views. The abundance of super soft bath towels were very nice. The information book on the home was clearly written and helpful. We enjoyed the rose garden for morning coffee and had fun night swimming with the pool lights on. Negatives: the beds are very hard. If you’re a side sleeper, there is no give. Too many cameras on the property and the owner showed up unannounced to fill the pond, but did not check on the pool which needed some attention. We were startled when we came back from breakfast to see someone in the backyard. Other than that, we enjoyed our little retreat after heavy emotional days. Thank you for having us.

We loved our time at this property! The house itself is nicely laid out and comfortable. The master bed mattress is firm, but we slept great. The bathrooms and kitchen are nicely appointed; we liked the skylights in the bathrooms and master closet that brightened up the house during the day! The living space is very comfortable and easy to use. We visited in mid November and found the temperature to be perfect! The house is located in a quiet residential area with shopping and restaurants nearby, and feels very private. The pool and backyard pond were really our favorite thing - the pond has a nice waterfall feature that was really pleasant to sit and listen to in the evenings. The grill worked well, which hasn’t been the case at every VRBO we’ve rented. The pool itself was awesome, we got in every day and read for a good chunk of the day. We paid a very reasonable fee to heat it for the week, which was an excellent investment. Overall, we found it tremendously enjoyable, quiet, private, and relaxing! We will be back!
