Surrounded by serene gardens and just a short drive or stroll from the town centre, this charming home offers a comfortable base for exploring the natural beauty of the Blue Mountains.

Step inside to find a cosy living room with leafy garden views – an inviting space to unwind after a day of adventures. Whether you’re curled up with a book, enjoying a family board game, or watching a film, the cottage’s relaxed ambiance and split-system air conditioning ensure year-round comfort. Unlimited Wi-Fi is available throughout, so you can stream, browse or check in with work with ease.

The neat and fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for easy self-catering, from a dishwasher and coffee machine to cooking basics and ample cookware. Share meals around the indoor dining table or fire up the BBQ and enjoy dinner alfresco on the private balcony.

Godfrey’s Cottage sleeps up to eight guests. Two bedrooms each feature a queen bed and generous storage, while the third is a fun bunk room ideal for kids or teens, complete with its own TV and gaming console compatibility. A central bathroom and separate toilet add convenience for groups.

There is ample street parking available on the verge out front. From this quiet corner of Blackheath, you’re well placed to visit the Blue Mountains Heritage Centre, Govetts Leap, Megalong Valley, and the Blackheath Soldiers Memorial Park. • Poor weather conditions may affect live free-to-air channels.
• We cannot guarantee a consistent television signal.
• On-demand channels and streaming apps are available through the Google Chromecast using your accounts.

FEES
• The base tariff includes 4 people; extra guests incur an additional fee per person, per night.
• Electric car charging is $20 per use, payable separately after booking.

ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING FEE
• Please advise if you intend to use the house electricity to charge your electric car.
• There is a fee of $20 per charge, which is charged separately.
• Kindly inform us of the number of times you plan to charge your car during your stay.
•⁠  ⁠There is no dedicated EV port at the property. 
• Guests will need to bring their own extension lead and EV-compatible charging cable to connect to the property’s electricity supply.

CLEANING FEE
• The cleaning fee reflects the actual cost of professional cleaning and linen hire for each booking.

9PM OUTDOOR NOISE RESTRICTION CURFEW
• For the comfort of our neighbours, please adhere to a noise curfew from 9pm to 8am in all outdoor areas. 
• We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a quiet environment during these hours.

IN-HOUSE GUESTS ONLY
• This property is exclusively for registered guests. 
• It cannot be used for gatherings or events, and no additional visitors are allowed without permission.

NO PARTY OR NOISE DISRUPTION POLICY
• We enforce a strict no-party and no-noise disruption policy. 
• As this is a quiet residential area, any breach will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

PAYMENT POLICY
• Deposit: A minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings made more than 30 days before the arrival date.
• Balance & Security Bond: The remaining balance and the refundable security bond must be paid 30 days before the arrival date.
• Full Payment: For bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date, full payment and the refundable security bond are required at the time of booking.
• Transaction Fee: A non-refundable 2.9% Stripe transaction fee applies to all payments, including the bond.
• Statement: Payments will appear as ACCOMMODATE BLUE MOUNT LENNOX HEAD on your bank statement.
• Agreement: By making payments, you agree to our terms and conditions.
• Bond Refund: Bond refunds are processed 7 business days after check-out and may take 5-10 days to appear in your bank account.

CANCELLATION POLICY
• Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made within 30 days before arrival are non-refundable. Cancellations made 31 days or more before arrival incur a non-refundable AU$5.00 channel manager fee.
• Date Transfers: Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date.
• Event Cancellations: Accommodated is not responsible for the cancellation of events, functions, or activities, which are subject to our standard cancellation policy.
• COVID-19 Lockdown: If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change.
