stunning views, bushwalks, Jenolan Caves, Blackheath restaurants, within walking distance of Mt.Vic Imperial Hotel and Mt.Vic flicks. Graceland is fully equipped 3 bedroom home overlooking the Kanimbla Valley. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (each with queen size beds) and 2 bathrooms one with extra large bath. Open fireplace, gas heating, electric blankets, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, 2 T.V.'s., DVD and extensive DVD collection.

Downstairs 1 very large bedroom with queen size bed and 2 single beds and billiard table. Also a 3rd bathroom.

Another great stay at Graceland

2nd time there now and will be back again, hopefully during winter. We had to amend our dates at the last minute and Ralph was very accomodating. Highly recommended for families and pets.

Great place. Bigger than expected, there's actually a 4th room with sofas and 2 single beds as well as the 3 bedrooms with queen beds. Plenty of heating options to keep warm during winter in the Blue Mountain's.

We found property in great location with fantastic views, some of kitchen needs were missing, dish washer did not function 100%, down stairs bedroom suffered from squeaking floor from above. We went to Mt Vic Flicks, old charm theatre Easy access to Hartley or Blackheath

A relaxing stay with everything we needed

Chilled out mid-week break in the mountains

The house and contents are comfortable. The log fire at night after sunset was mesmerising. The view from the deck makes this place stand out. Probably the best view from a hotel or holiday let I’ve known. Totally spectacular, whether at midday, sunset or 4am in the morning. The view changes constantly. You really have to see it to believe it. Ralph is a great guy too. You can’t go wrong here.

Great view

Older house that has character and amazing views. Could use a bit of updating and a good thorough clean as we encountered lots of cobwebs and dust. Pool table was an added bonus as weather was not ideal to venture out. One of the bathrooms has been updated nicely. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, the possums woke us on their nightly run down the roof and deck, birds came up to the deck to say hi. Kitchen has everything you need and more.

Rustic and great cabin with a 2 million deck/view. We have a boys weekend every year in Graceland. Quiet part of the Mountains.Log fire, plenty of room and that view. How’s the serenity?

We had a very comfortable stay at Graceland. It is a homely rambling older building with a wonderful view. The kitchen is better equipped than my own and we found that this, plus the view and the comfy settee in front of an open fire ( and lets not forget the generous rates) meant that we were more than happy to lounge about and only go out when it was an essential errand.Thank you Ralph!

This is a cosy, well-established property in an idyllic Blue Mountains location. The views are stunning and the house is full of charm.
