About this property
Romantic village house - picturesque location, extensively renovated
The romantic village of Bunyola is situated at the foot of the scenic Tramuntana mountains. Bunyola is a perfect starting point for hiking and biking tours. Palma and beaches are just 20 minutes away by car.
The village House no. 11 is located uphill on a stone staircase in the old part. The living area is approximately 80 square meters on three floors. (. 1 Floor dining room / kitchen / patio -. 2 Floor work / living room / bathroom. 3 Floor bedroom and roof terrace).
The house is well over a hundred years old, rustic and romantic. With great effort, it was completely renovated in 2019. It is equipped with washing machine, gas stove and a satellite TV.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped, ie Fridge freezer, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, gas stove, etc. are available.
Bathroom: The bathroom has been renovated very elaborately / shower, toilet and two sinks.
Bed room: This room has a 1.6 m wide double bed (very good mattress) and a wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Dining room: Cosy bench to rest, large dining table, sideboard for dishes.
Nice towels, bed linen and tea towels are provided.
Additional notes: Shopping - In the village there are two large supermarkets. Highly recommended (even for the purchase of Baguette / the croissants for breakfast!) is the baker opposite the church. Saturday is market day on the skin square outside the church.
Fish is the best place fresh (8 km) away, turn left before the church at the grocery store in Santa Maria. The SYP market is located in Santa Maria on the big Placa. On Sundays, there is a very nice market.
Restaurants: In Bunyola are small bars and restaurants opposite the church (top restaurant fish and meat Atlantic Grill). At the exit (direction Palma) is a pizzeria serving excellent Majorcan and Italian dishes.
At the C 711 towards Soller is a well frequented restaurant about 1km nch.
On the road to Santa Maria is located about 5 km away an old mill with an excellent (German-led) Restaurant Moli des Torrent names, but a bit high priced. Preorder advisable.
Many and good are the deals in Port de Soller (z. B. Restaurant CasPages - Mallorcinische kitchen with great view of the overhead deck on the harbor, it Traves 14).
