Other Things to Note:

Please know that all properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.



Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.



No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.



Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.



Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.



Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

Unfortunately what was advertised was not what we got. The place was run down. The kitchen did have enough silverware, no utensils, no pots, skillets they had were dirty and scratched. In one of the units there were two cockroaches in the kitchen. The back door to the pool the lock didn’t work from the outside so when using the pool we had to leave the door unlocked and it kept swinging open. We had to wash all the cups/mugs, plates, and silverware in the dishwasher before using because the glasses were dirty and had what looked like mold spots on them. The shower had mold around the tub. No counter space in the bathrooms to put anything. The floors were filthy, requiring folks to wash their feet before putting on shoes to leave. We requested early check in and when we landed they had said they could accomodate one unit for early check in then when we arrived they told us the units weren’t ready and had to schlep our bags around until we found a place to eat while we waited. They did eventually let us in early and refunded the cost of the early checkin fee they originally charged us. I will say the management were responsive and followed up regularly to brings items that were not in the unit upon arrival. I would not recommend staying at this place especially for the cost and what you get.

It's a lovely cozy stay! All the rooms were breezy which was a great escape from the heat. Sooo clean and pretty too. The neighborhood is super walkable and full of all different kinds of activities. And of course, the pool had to be one of our favorite parts.
