Extremely well kept property with comfortable rooms and everything we could need for a weekend stay. Bit of a drive to get there, but a nice, safe feeling neighborhood. On our last afternoon there, we got to watch a small herd of deer feeding literally across the street from us. Would definitely stay here again!

Great property. It was clean, clean, clean. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house is spacious, has every amenity we needed, and the beds were comfy. The host was available and friendly. Highly recommend!

Perfect book club retreat home!!

This house was very cute, spacious and clean! Perfect for our group of 5. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and things we didn't know we'd need, as well! The living room area was a nice, comfy space for us all to sit and watch a movie, and the dining room table was big enough for us to eat dinner and then do a fun paint-by-number activity. (with a plastic table cloth laid down so as not to leave a mess, of course!) The house was in a nice, quiet area close enough to Bentonville that we could drive a short distance to do fun things in town.We would definitely stay here again!

The house was spectacular, best of any VBRO we have used! Location is within 10 minutes from several locations.We grilled we had a fire! LOVE, LOVE, LOVED the porch especially in the mornings and the egg swing was out favorite. We played several of the games they had, SOOO fun. All I can say is it was the best! Wish everyone treated their guests like you do. our local contact answered all our asks or questions asap.

This was an awesome getaway for the weekend. We had a couple of soccer games, and this was the perfect stay just up the hill and away from the busy! The patio and sunroom were favorites for a slow morning.The kitchen was perfectly stocked, even having foil, ziplocs etc making it incredibly functional without having to pick up any extras.The snacks were a great first impression for our kids, it was exactly their favorites, even down to the teabags.We plan on coming back!

Overall we were pleased with our choice. There were a few issues that we pointed out to the host and the 3rd party management company. While some of the issues were dealt with immediately, others did not get resolved until after we left. We hope all gets corrected with this property.

Broken Spoke was the perfect home base for our NWA adventures! The house was clean and inviting when we arrived and the snack basket and bottled water waiting for us was much appreciated after a 10-hour drive. The kitchen was well appointed, the bedrooms comfortable, and everything was set up to make our stay the best possible. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
