Our family has always stayed east of Rt 1 so this was going to be a bit different for us to be west and further down Garfield Pkwy, but with two college aged children we found the location to be really great. Easy access to the pool, pickle ball courts, fantastic restaurants, walking trails and shops - all within walking distance. We rode bikes everywhere (appreciated four bikes provided by the owners!). We had residential parking permits that were convenient for a couple of in-town visits when we decided to skip using bikes with the threat of rain storms. The beach chairs were the backpack types and easy to throw on our backs for a bike ride to the beach. The beach umbrellas were very convenient too! One of our favorite spots was the screened porch with nice, new furniture and hanging string lights. The sectional couch inside seemed new also. We watched Netflix movies and had plenty of space to relax. The owner provided games and puzzles. The unit was pet friendly and there were plenty of grassy areas and quiet community roads for long walks. There were fans and phone chargers in all bedrooms. The washer and dryer were newer and convenient. The kitchen was well stocked for meal prep and the stove/oven seemed new or rarely used. There were some finishes in the home that were dated (vanities, cabinets, toilets, countertops and flooring) but those did not matter to us. They were clean and cared for. Pricing was appropriate. We had a very comfortable home away from home.
