It has a lot of space but the kitchen needs an update.The stairs to the basement are scary, not the right height.

Spacious house with nice amenities: full kitchen, hot tub, laundry, tv's, and decent WiFi. Public beach access points are about a quarter mile to the left and right, so a bit far, but manageable. Floor was a little gritty and we found three dead roaches, but at least they were dead. Top deck was nice to hang out on, and the family had a great time.
