Welcome to Sunny Cottage - where beach views meet cozy vibes!

With a charming, refreshed interior and beautiful positioning, this is a perfect spot for small families or couples. Take in the relaxing gulf breezes, sounds and ocean scenery from multiple vantage points. The deck, screened porch, and private sundeck are all easily accessible and perfect for relaxing the day away. Or stay inside and enjoy the horizon vistas from every window! Sunny Cottage is wonderfully situated at the end of a cul-de-sac with mature landscaping which gives additional privacy. The bike/walking path and neighborhood beach access are a short walk away. Relax and take pleasure in the private heated (for a fee) pool on the beach side of the cottage and play ping pong on the quaint table underneath the house.

Inside and out, Sunny Cottage is delightful!

BEDS:2 queens, 1 twin, 1 queen sleeper sofa.

AMENITIES:Smart TV, Blu Ray DVD player, master bedroom with private deck, outdoor shower, ping-pong table, screened porch, sun deck. Private pool (heated for a fee) with large pool deck, under house living space, washer and dryer on ground level, and brick paved driveway. Ask about 5% Off Repeat Renter Discount.
