The house was great, the location was great. We only had two minor issues. The door key code was incorrect upon arrival. I was able to contact to host via 24hour service and was able to get in. Secondly, I provided a list of 4 total people staying in the house. Unfortunately the list of names was not provided to security ahead of time, thus creating some challenges for our group.

Thank you for your feedback — we’re really glad to hear you enjoyed the house and the location. We’re sorry about the issue with the door code on arrival, but we’re pleased our 24-hour support team was able to assist quickly and get you into the property. Regarding the security access, we did request the names of any drivers in advance and advised that if these were not provided ahead of time, we would only be able to register the main guest on the booking. As driver details were not submitted prior to arrival, we could only add the lead guest to the gate system, which unfortunately caused the access challenges you experienced
