This property has a spacious and open layout, with modern decor that is not typical of your average beach house. The living area extends to the kitchen and breakfast area, and has high ceilings which finish the space off beautifully. Appliances and cookware are supplied. Wingin' it is located just a short distance from the beach, making it an easy walk to the sand. The Big Store and restaurants are located within a few minutes drive. The driveway is 3 bays wide and can accommodate plenty of parking for your vehicles, boat, atv and golf carts. Wingin' It is a perfect place to make memories with family and friends!

Our Family fell in love with Crystal Beach. The Bolivar, the area, this house. Such a fun get away for anyone trying to have a relaxing weekend.
Why they chose this property
Everything is close by and the Holiday Beach Subdivision is the perfect location. Walk to the sand in 5 min.
What makes this property unique
Wingin' It is very well maintained, clean, and very open. Large 1610 sq feet with new paint, new floors, upgraded kitchen and baths with a bunk room.
