We chose this location because of how close it is to Wingate University. The space was clean and comfortable and the surroundings were safe and quiet.

Here’s a polished, more natural version of your review:The location is fantastic—right across from a main entrance to Wingate University, which makes it incredibly convenient. It’s also within walking distance of Wingate Social House, a great spot for drinks and relaxing. We really appreciated that the property is pet-friendly as well. Communication with the host was quick and responsive whenever we needed anything. The only suggestion I would make is a more thorough deep cleaning. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely be back—especially since we’ll be visiting often for athletics and the location truly can’t be beat.
