A perfect family friendly house set right next door to the picturesque Angaston Oval with a playground, 2 ovals and court space. A short (5-10 minute) walk to the Angaston Main Street with lovely cafes, restaurants, wine bars and more. Also a 5-10minute walk to The Barossa Adventure Playground and Bike Track, Melbas Chocolates Angaston and the famous Yalumba Winery. A quick 5 minute drive to the always popular Barossa Farmers Marker on a Saturday morning with the best local produce on offer.
The house has a neat, tidy and relaxing feel with a beautiful enclosed back yard. The outdoor eating area can be enclosed for private dining with pull down blinds. Enjoy a firepit in the cooler seasons and festoon lighting all year round.
Inside the house enjoy luxury 5 star quality linen in all the bedrooms matched with beautiful towels in the bathroom. A lovely lounge room fitted with comfortable seats and plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is equipped with all you whether it be eating in or enjoying takeaway.
