There is one queen bed and one double bed upstairs, while downstairs ( external stairs) includes a queen bedroom and two singles, along with its own bathroom and kitchenette—ideal for added privacy while still being part of the same home.

The main living area is bright and inviting, with a well-appointed kitchen featuring a large fridge and kitchen stools for casual breakfasts. Step outside onto the expansive deck with an outdoor BBQ and enjoy glimpses of Narrawallee Beach. A flat, large yard provides plenty of space to relax or play, and an outdoor shower makes rinsing off after a day at the beach easy and convenient. A safety gate on the deck ensures peace of mind for children.

Perfectly located, Narrawallee Inlet is a wonderland for little ones, while nearby Mollymook offers cafés, local restaurants, and shops. A short drive takes you to Milton Village for bakeries, cafés, boutiques, and homewares, or enjoy a casual afternoon at one of the local clubs.
