This cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath condominium is perfectly suited for smaller families seeking a relaxing beach getaway. The bright and cheerful space comfortably accommodates up to six guests, with a king bed, sofa sleeper, and hallway bunks, making it ideal for a family vacation or a small group of friends.

Step out onto the oversized L-shaped balcony and enjoy beautiful Gulf views along with sparkling resort pool scenery, just across the street from the sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Inside, the condo features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, and a thoughtfully designed layout that makes it easy to unwind and feel right at home.

Located in a family-friendly complex with convenient access to the beach, resort amenities, and nearby dining and shopping options, this charming condo provides the perfect base for making lasting memories by the water. Whether starting the day with breakfast on the balcony or ending it with a sunset stroll along the shore, it’s a delightful home for a memorable beach escape.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil..

Grand Caribbean West is a 100% SMOKE FREE, TOBACCO FREE property.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.
