The spaces were outstanding! Lovely bedrooms, fantastic open family room/kitchen area and nice screened in porch. The amenities were an issue. I purposely checked about the hot tub and grill before we arrived because they were important. The hot tub was disgusting and the grill igniter did not work so we had to go out to get a lighter. In addition to this, one of the showers did not have hot water and the oven did not work properly. These were all very inconvenient and things we expected to have per the discretion. The biggest concern was that we realized there were people living above us and had access to the house though a door in the laundry room, which was attached to the room our girls were sleeping in. This door said private, and had an unlocked chain lock on it, which I locked. The description starts off by stating that we were renting the entire home. So, we assumed this was accurate. When I reached out to our contact he stated that it clearly states that there are people in an upstairs apartment. After reviewing the listing again, I did find this statement in the very bottom line of "about this property". I found this very deceptive after stating "entire home" in the rental title. We would have never rented if we had known this.
