Great tidy clean property, fully fenced for the dog and nice and local to central Rotorua

The location was so quiet and the host had everything we needed. It did get a little chilly by it Rotorua was having very low temps at the time. I would highly recommend this property for its spaciousness, access to local amenities, private/quietness and friendly staffing.
