Hochwertige Wohnung???

Diese Ferienwohnung wĂŒrden wir nicht mehr mieten! Zentral gelegen, gute Verkehrsanbindung und Altbauwohnung - ja, aber hochwertig!!! Liebes Fewo-Direkt Team kontrollieren sie ihre Anzeigen auch mal oder verlangen sie neue Fotos von Wohnungen und HĂ€usern?! Das Mobiliar war alt und teilweise kaputt oder in einem schlechten Zustand. Die StĂŒhle waren kaputt und abgenutzt. Der Kleiderschrank vollgestopft. Im Bad war der Toilettendeckel viel zu klein, die Duscharmatur und das SchrĂ€nkchen kaputt, die Heizung verrostet. Die TĂŒre von der KĂŒche konnte nicht ĂŒber dem Boden bewegt werden, Toaster kaputt, Kaffeemaschine dermaßen verdreckt, Stopfen an der SpĂŒle defekt. Wir hatten am Anfang noch verdrecktes Wasser, sehr wahrscheinlich wurden an Rohren gearbeitet. Die Bilder auf der Webseite sind anders als im heutigen Zustand. Auch wenn eine Wohnung renoviert werden soll, dĂŒrfte so etwas nicht mehr angeboten werden, oder es wird billiger vom Preis und vorher informiert wie der Zustand der Wohnung ist! Wir werden uns genau ĂŒberlegen, ob wir nochmal ein Objekt ĂŒber sie mieten werden.

Schöne Wohnung fĂŒr einen Kurzurlaub

Die Wohnung ist so, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Die Lage ist top, direkte NĂ€he zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gegeben. Gut war auch die Möglichkeit fĂŒr 5€ pro Tag einen Anwohnerparkausweis bekommen zu können. Die Wohnung ist teilweise etwas verwohnt und das WLAN ist manchmal etwas wackelig.

Schöne Wohnung, zental gelegen.Aber...

Haben uns wohl gefĂŒhlt, netter Vermieter Kontakt .Öffentlicher Nahverkehr, direkt um die Ecke. NUR, fehlte in der Beschreibung, der Wohnung, dass man 62 Treppenstufen bewĂ€ltigen muss. Und, der Kleiderschrank voller BettwĂ€sche und Decken ist, so das man keinen Platz fĂŒr eigene Kleidung hat. Muste erst etwas Platz machen.Ansonsten schöner Aufenthalt.

Gut gelegene Ferienwohnung im 3. Stock

Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral (sowohl ins Zentrum, als auch zum Hbf) und dennoch sehr ruhig in einem Wohngebiet. Der Vermieter ist nett und gibt gute Tipps. Das Einchecken klappt problemlos, auch wenn wir bzw die ZĂŒge verspĂ€tet ankamen. Uns stand etwas zuviel "Krimskrams" in der Wohnung und KĂŒche und Bad waren etwas beengt, was unseren schönen Aufenthalt aber nicht gestört hat.

Schöne, gut gelegene Wohnung

Von der Wohnung ist die Innenstadt gut zu Fuß (ca. 10-15 Minuten) zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und ordentlich, der Vermieter nett und hilfsbereit. Einige SchrĂ€nke und die SpĂŒlmaschine dĂŒrften erneuert werden, das hat uns aber nicht ĂŒbermĂ€ĂŸig gestört.

Tolle Lage

Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Bergheim - tolle Ausgangslage fĂŒr Unternehmungen, ruhig. In 2 Minuten Entfernung erreicht man die Strassenbahn, die einen direkt ans Zentrum von Heidelberg fĂŒhrt. In 10min gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der BĂ€cker befindet sich in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Die Wohnung ist zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet und hat einen tollen begrĂŒnten Balkon. Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer haben eine gute GrĂ¶ĂŸe. KĂŒche und Bad sind eher beengend und haben ungenĂŒgend AblageflĂ€che. Zwei Sterne Abzug gibt es fĂŒr die vielen Sachen, die sich in der Wohnung angesammelt haben und mal aussortiert werden mĂŒssten (alte Lebensmittel, BettwĂ€sche, HandtĂŒcher, Krimskram die in den SchrĂ€nken soviel Platz weg nehmen, so dass eigene Kleidung, VorrĂ€te nicht mehr hinein passen. Einige SchrĂ€nke sind in die Jahre gekommen und mĂŒssten erneuert werden. Also bitte die Wohnung etwas in Ordnung bringen, dann ist sie sehr empfehlenswert.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Insgesamt war es ein schöner Urlaub in Heidelberg. Die Stadt bietet viele interessante SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten und Freizeitangebote. Die Ferienwohnung war auch ganz hĂŒbsch und gut ausgestattet. Leider waren schon einige Gebrauchsspuren zu erkennen und die SchrĂ€nke waren alle voll, so dass man seine eigenen Sachen nicht einrĂ€umen konnte.

Tolle Unterkunft.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, im dritten Stock, gut ausgestattet, nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten haben gefehlt (z.B. Wasserkocher). Ruhiges Viertel mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Das Parken ist möglich, aber nicht immer auf der Straße möglich. Der Gastgeber war hilfsbereit und kommunikativ. Die Bewohner sind besonders aufmerksam gegenĂŒber den Vögeln, sie baten uns, beim Schließen des Tores vorsichtig zu sein. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

Sehr zentrale Wohnung

Good location and well equipped

We stayed at this house for a few weeks and the apartment had all we needed as far as day-to-day activities such as cooking and entertainment. The neighborhood is pretty calm, with a tram stop a few steps out the door, but we mostly walked to and from the city center as it's close enough. The only downsides were the lack of an elevator, and the living room couch was very stiff. Mr. Radeck was welcoming and everything went smoothly.

Schöne Tage in Heidelberg

Die Wohnung liegt zentral und doch sehr ruhig. (Im Heidelberger Westen, Straßenbahnhaltestelle in ca. 200 m, Bahnhof ca. 900m) Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit, gibt viele gute, praktische Tipps und Hinweise. Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe war zuverlĂ€ssig und problemlos. Wir haben 14 Tage einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Heidelberg verbracht und kommen gerne wieder.

Super convenient but away from the crowds

Very close to tram stop, but also a nice walk to the old town. This walkup (three flights) was super convenient. Parking can be a challenge, but we found a place for our car and did not move it the entire stay because a nice walk or quick tram ride got us to where ever we wanted to be. The property manager was quick to respond to any inquiry and was very nice. We enjoy a quieter place for our stays, and this area was wonderful, but there are many notices in the apartment to be quiet, both on the wonderful terrace or in the hallways especially, as there is an overly sensitive neighbor. We did not mind and tried to be courteous. But if someone is a big party or entertainment person, or is loud in general, steer clear of this place out of courtesy to the owner and the neighbors and stay in the more touristy old town. The kitchen is well stocked and we ate at home several nights as a wonderful Edeka is not far and it had a lot of prepared foods to take away. It was quite warm during our visit (immediately after the historic heat wave) and the owner provided some fans for us to use to circulate air , which was a god send, but as with many places in central and Northern Europe, there was no AC. While it cooled off late at night, it was quite warm during the day and we found it was well worth it to shut the front shutters when we left for the day. Even though some air circulation was lost, the front of the building could get quite warm in the late afternoon and it made the evenings much more comfortable if we kept out the hot late afternoon sun. Heidelberg is beautiful and we met many English speakers in our travelers and the visit was wonderful, but found in several instances older residents were a bit chilly to visitors. I am not sure if it is locals being tired of tourists (understandable) or something else, but Heidelberg should not be missed in any case.

Insgesamt waren wir mit allem gut zufrieden. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Bett war angenehm bequem. Im Haus und in der Umgebung war es ruhig. Im Stadtteil Heidelberg Weststadt hat es uns gut gefallen.
