Sunset Disco: Large Pool/Spa @ Lush Family Retreat

The magic of Sunset Disco begins as the sun lowers over the lush backyard pool. Light reflects off the mirror and the rippling waterfall, creating a sparkling display on the tall hedges and flowers surrounding your private oasis. The shaded cabana and hammock with cooling mist and large hot tub create the perfect getaway in any season.

Located in central La Quinta, you'll enjoy walking or biking to shops & restaurants with close proximity to events, golf, & hiking in this spacious 4BR 3BA gem.

Complementing the gorgeous outdoor area are dual living spaces, a large wood dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with large pantry perfect for entertaining your group. The 3 car garage and driveway along with 4 bikes make seeing the area a breeze. You'll enjoy unique touches such as the custom iridescent hearth, river rock back-splash, and custom sinks.

Comfortable sleeping arrangements abound, including a large upstairs master suite with king bed and futon, the "Slumber Party Room" with starlight, full over full bunk beds, and twin trundle, and queen beds in the remaining upstairs and downstairs bedrooms.

Great for kids and family gatherings! Family amenities include lots of board games, GameCube game console (with Mario Kart and Super Smash), kids books and kitchenware, and a folding pack n' play. Recommendations and emergency information are listed prominently in the hallway.

Please understand that this is not a house for parties. As the house is located in a residential neighborhood, please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood at all times.

The neighborhood features a large grassy wash for activities just down the block, and a park with swings, playground, and volleyball just around the corner. Take a 15 min walk or 5 min bike ride to the outstanding Okura Robata Sushi Bar, which is surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants and shops. The Indian Wells Tennis Garden is a five minute walk, while Coachella Festival, La Quinta Cove hiking, and the area's numerous professional caliber golf courses are just a short drive.

Heating the spa is included in your stay! If you are interested in heating the pool, which we recommend during the Fall and Winter months, the gas cost is $75/night or $400/wk. Just let us know if you are interested.

Large pool and comfortable house

Sunset disco house met and exceeded our expectations. The communication with Ian and plain and easy to follow check-in process and house rules made this trip very enjoyable. There were plenty of amenities and pool toys to choose from. Thanks for a great trip! Memories made here.

Lovely Property

We loved our stay at this property! It was very clean and fully stocked with anything that you would need for a comfortable stay. We had an amazing week in La Quinta. Three couples and one toddler… enjoyed the host’s hospitality. Their lovely home is very well stocked, spacious and comfortable!! The pool is great!! Loved every aspect of our time there; hope to return!!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is large and very clean, beds comfortable, and hosts very responsive. The pool is large but only about 4 feet deep, so nice for small children, but the water does get quite warm in hot weather. The outdoor misters were a nice touch. And the AC worked great and kept us cool in the heat wave.

Girl's Trip!

Fabulous house! Ian was great with making us feel right at home! House was very clean, neighbors great too and the pool and yard was very relaxing and beautiful flowers ever where! Air conditioner was nice and cold works great, bed where comfortable too! Had all towels and linens! Will be back to rent this Oasis House again!

Perfect Spot for BNP Paribas Tournament.

We stayed here for the first week of the Tennis Tournament and the location was great. We could walk to complex in 20 minutes. House was comfortable and well equipped. We could not get the hot tub to heat, but, we also did not connect with Ian about that issue - so, perhaps could have been resolved. Carpet could also use replacing. Overall a lovely place to stay.

Tropical ambiance

We loved the mature landscaping in the back yard with the pool and yard lights; a serene setting for a relaxing vacation. The house was super clean - and thoughtful touches made all the difference - lots of towels, beach towels for the pool, no-stick pans that actually work. Thanks for your responsiveness when we had a blip with the hot tub; fixed the issue in no time. We recommend this home for families or two couples get away together.

Spring Break 2022

Loved this house! We came with our adult children and their partners! The house was clean and comfortable! We all loved the outdoor space and the amazing and huge pool! We spent so much time enjoying the private backyard- it was truly like paradise with the beautiful flowers blooming!! We hope to return here someday!! We’ve rented other properties in the Palm Springs area and this one has been our favorite to date!! Communication was smooth and everything was truly the best!!!

BEST VRBO EVER STAYED IN!

Don't pass this house up! You wont be disappointed at all! I cant say enough good things about this house. Very clean, amazing pool with alot of pool floaties, great amenities and so comfortable. The patio and backyard was so relaxing and set up great with furniture and misters (which was great for the 112 degree weather). The host was amazing and very helpful. The directions inside the house for everything was on point, very simple to understand and very thorough. The beds were comfortable also! We will definitely be back as this has been the best vrbo house we have stayed at by far.

Amazing, Relaxing and Private!!

We had an amazing time at this wonderful home and we especially enjoyed the pool and spa! The location was great, close to shopping and restaurants in La Quinta and not too far from Palm Springs. The house is in a neighborhood, but feels incredibly private, inside and out. The pool and spa were clean and we lived the variety of pool floaties. Our kids are 11, 14, and 17 and all had fun in the pool, hammock, lounge chairs, and inside the home. Ian was great and checked in on us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The primary bedroom is huge and the bed is amazingly comfortable. (I want that mattress for home now!) If we come back to the area, we’ll definitely be booking here again! All good things to say about this home!

Great vacation home!

We stayed a month in the house. The first two weeks was spent with 5 friends. The house accommodated everyone perfectly. The third week was spent with two of our children, their spouses and our three grandchildren, 3yrs and two 1 yrs. They were all in the large pool several times a day. Those little ones were truly living their best life. The neighbourhood is lovely, with parks and conveniences very close by. For those that love tennis, the Indian Wells tennis garden is just a 10 minute walk away. Ian, the host, was terrific and very quick to address any questions and concerns we had.

Charged me more for carpet cleaning, when I left the house as it was. (Have proof) Even made sure everything was even more clean than how we received it. The pool was not cleaned. The host took forever to reply when we had a question regarding the jacuzzi.

Fantastic!

The house is large and user friendly. The backyard and pool area is great! Sunny, lots of seating areas in the sun and in the shade. We loved our stay here, and found the owners wonderful to deal with.
